Pilot plants

ENVIMAC operates numerous experimental plants in laboratory and pilot scale. The experimental facilities include air-water simulators DN600 for the standardized investigation of column internals and rectifying plants DN300 and Multifunctional Equipment (MFA) for the absorption, stripping, direct condensation, liquid/liquid extraction, and mobile, biological wastewater treatment plants.

With our state of the art equipment we can carry out experimental studies to determine design parameters, separation experiments for customers or attempts to process development fast and reliable.

The plants can be used as demonstration plants for our own technologies, for example, the product quality can be tested before construction of the new plant.
